Johnny Marr

Today, guitar god Johnny Marr releases his 1st solo album, 25 years after the breakup of The Smiths.

Not that he hasn’t been busy in the interim playing with the likes of Electronic, Pretenders, The The, Paul McCartney, 7 Worlds Collide, Modest Mouse and the Cribs, just to name a few as well as being an in-demand session musician and songwriting collaborator.

The Messenger is the album and the title track.
